Wishing You A Soulful Experience In The New Year

Did you know that by excavating the fears of your human experience you make more room for your Soul to express effortlessly?

Just as a musician gets lost in playing music, you too, can get lost in your own Soulful experience.

When you’re emanating anything from your Soul you’ll recognize it as the most blissful yet grounded feeling you’ve ever had.

I wish you a very Happy New Year filled with Soulful experiences.

Go With Your Gut

“Oh, it’s just a small decision.”

It's just a small decisionRut Roh. There is no such thing as a small decision, they’re all big, as in “important.”

The decision to go first to the bank or the coffee shop could be a huge decision. For example, what if you decided to go to the coffee shop because you need some Joe to jump start your energy but, your Gut is saying, “Go to the bank first.” Then, you respond with, “But, I want coffee now.” So, off you go to the coffee shop then onto the bank.

Just as you’re pulling into the bank lot that client you’ve been trying to connect with is pulling out and doesn’t even see you. Bummer, missed opportunity. But, heck, you’re Gut tried to warn you, but you argued with it and did what you wanted and you didn’t get what you ultimately wanted. Now, that you’re mad at yourself, you really don’t need that cup of coffee to jump start your day.

See, our Gut is really the voice of our Soul and only our Soul knows and can nudge us toward and onto our path of where we really want to be. Our Head/Ego thinks it knows the best route and thinks a cup of coffee is worth ignoring our Soul’s guidance.

So next time, (probably within the next 5 minutes), actually do what your Gut is telling you and just see what happens. It’s a much more fulfilling, entertaining and productive roller coaster ride than your Heart or your Head can ever give you.

Your Turn:

Have you ever gone with your Head/Ego on a decision when your Gut was telling you something different? How about the other way around – you went with your Gut and things turned out great? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences below!
